Learning Objectives: To understand the origins & purpose of energy codes; the specific lighting control provisions in the current code and in the next 2 iterations of both ASHRARE and IECC; to look at possible future code mandates based on recent trends

Joe studied Architecture at the University of Notre Dame (GO IRISH!) graduating in 1985. He went on to join the United State Airforce and pilot airplanes for 8 years. Since that wasn’t exciting enough, he moved to the electrical industry selling components for Thomas & Betts for 10 years.
Finally coming to his senses in 2002, Joe joined Wattstopper as the Mid-Atlantic District Sales Manager. Joe is a lighting controls specialist with 25 years in the electrical industry.
He currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and his territory extends from North Jersey to Delaware, to all of Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
