State Street Bridge

The new State Street Bridge over the Shenango River was designed to have an old-fashioned feel with traditional post top lighting, textured gravel-like panels, and decorative railings. Not so old-fashioned was the design of the exterior lighting of the bridge. Using Color Kinetics ColorGraze linear exterior LED wall grazing fixtures with intelligent lighting control, these high-performance fixtures light the bridge with intensely saturated full color light. The bridge is a focal point of downtown Sharon PA and the city utilizes the color changing effects for every event and holiday.
