The Block at Northway

The Block at Northway began as a strip mall called Northway Shopping Center. LRC Realty announced their intention to renovate and redevelop the mall. Under the redevelopment, it was renamed The Block Northway. The mall opened with their anchor store, Dave & Busters, and, over the course of 3 years, filled the space with well known companies such as Marshalls, Nordstrom rack, Saks off 5th, The Container Store, Wahlburgers and many more. The façade was lit using BK Landscape lighting and ColorKinetics wall grazing products. The public areas were lit with Acolyte, Emergi-Lite, Ledra brands, Pathway and Pinnacle Lighting.
