It was the desire of the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County to highlight the façade to capture the historical nature of the building and to usher in the Holiday season. To achieve this, the Philips CK Graze, Burst and Reach were used to create the color scheme. All fixtures include Red, Green, Blue and White light (RGBW) which allows them to utilize the white light throughout the year and add color for special events and effects when desired.
