GLC’s goal was to highlight the architecture as well as provide security lighting without obstructing the style of the iconic building. The entryway was lit to provide lighting for safety and security in a tasteful manner. The 89-foot spire and façade were lit with ground mount units to provide a glow to the building without shadow or glare. The niches were lit to show off the architectural features of the fieldstone and to highlight the bell tower. Overall, the lighting created a subtle glow that highlighted the spire and dramatic features without bringing attention to the lighting.
